Each individual is permitted a single pk36 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
All promotional bonuses offered by pk36 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be cashed out until the applicable rollover is completed.
All pk36 account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani bank transfers are the supported channels.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register a pk36 account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform. pk36 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Age verification may be required at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.
2.2 Legal Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming and sports betting are lawful in your jurisdiction before registering a pk36 account. pk36 does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform at their own risk and legal responsibility.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) pk36 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. pk36 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and forfeit any balances if multiple accounts are identified.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2.5 Account Transfer. pk36 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any interests therein to any third party.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk36 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. Any wager, deposit, or transaction placed from your pk36 account is deemed authorised by you unless you have notified pk36 in writing of a suspected compromise of your account security before the relevant transaction. pk36 accepts no liability for losses resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your login credentials by a third party.
3.3 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your pk36 account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests are processed within 24 hours. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.
3.4 Account Closure by pk36. pk36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is identified; (c) the member has provided false registration information; (d) the member is identified as a minor; or (e) continuation of the account would expose pk36 to regulatory or legal risk.
4.1 Supported Methods. pk36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Supported methods are subject to change — current available options are displayed in the pk36 account cashier.
4.2 Currency. All pk36 account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is performed by pk36.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account.
4.4 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your pk36 account balance immediately upon receipt. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered member. pk36 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.6 Withdrawal Processing. pk36 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. pk36 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
4.7 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in the pk36 cashier and are subject to the applicable VIP tier of the member. pk36 may impose enhanced due diligence for withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds.
5.1 General. pk36 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that supplement these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each pk36 member is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Abuse. pk36 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds if pk36 reasonably determines that the member has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, use of software tools, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the fair operation of a promotion.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry deadlines as specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the pk36 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game as set out in the Platform's game-specific rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game, and member VIP tier. pk36 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any member at its sole discretion.
6.3 Errors. In the event that a wager is accepted at an incorrect price or odds due to a system error or human error, pk36 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the original stake to the member's account balance.
6.4 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. pk36 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed after a live event has concluded will be voided.
6.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or casino game, the decision of pk36 management, based on the available records, shall be final. Members may raise disputes by contacting customer support within seven (7) days of the event in question.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk36 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

8.4 pk36 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
9.1 All content on the pk36 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game mathematics — is the proprietary property of pk36 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of pk36.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk36 Platform content without express written authorisation.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk36 excludes all liability for: (a) interruptions to the availability of the Platform; (b) errors or inaccuracies in the display of odds, prices, or game results caused by technical malfunction; (c) loss of winnings or profits arising from Platform downtime; and (d) any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the Platform.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits pk36's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10.3 The pk36 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". pk36 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
11.1 pk36 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 pk36 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
12.1 pk36 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk36 will notify registered members via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless circumstances require immediate implementation.
12.2 Your continued use of the pk36 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13.1 These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the pk36 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and pk36 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
13.2 The decision of pk36 management on any matter relating to the interpretation of game rules, bet settlement, or promotional terms is final and binding.
